I laboratori del Settore Analitico-Alimentare hanno sede presso il Dipartimento di Scienze del Farmaco e Prodotti per la Salute dell’Università degli Studi di Messina. Del gruppo di ricerca, formato da tre professori ordinari, un professore associato e sei ricercatori, fanno parte anche dottorandi, borsisti, assegnisti, frequentatori laureati e studenti in tesi. La parte Alimentare del settore è coordinata dal prof. Paola Dugo, mentre la parte Analitica dal prof. Luigi Mondello. Le principali linee di ricerca seguite nei laboratori del Settore Analitico-Alimentare sono rivolte verso lo sviluppo di metodiche analitiche per la caratterizzazione di miscele complesse, tra cui occupano un posto rilevante le matrici alimentari.

The “HTC Award 2016” to Prof. Paola Dugo

On the occasion of the 14th International Symposium on Hyphenated techniques in chromatography and Separation Technology held in Ghent, Belgium from 27 to 29 January 2016, the prof.
